EPCCO is founded in 2010, as a company committed to providing comprehensive and client-oriented services to the governments, public and private companies and non-governmental organizations.

Mission of EPCCO is to facilitate economic and social development in Serbia and Western Balkans and support EU integration process through implementation of programmes and projects funded by the major international development partners, primarily European Union, in the following policy areas:

• Good governance, with particular focus on EU funds management, public administration reform at all levels and rule of law;
• Socio-economic development, with particular focus on private sector development, education and social development;
• Agriculture and rural development.
